Job Description

**Head of IT Operations - £125,000 - £150,000 + Excellent Bonus**

**Overview:**

A leading global financial institution with a large user base is seeking an experienced Head of IT Operations to lead their EMEA region.

As the Head of IT Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the Infrastructure, Networking, Operations, and Service Desk teams across the EMEA region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of IT professionals to provide services to a large user base across multiple locations.
  • Oversee all aspects of Infrastructure, Networking, Operations, and Service Desk across the EMEA region.
  • Liaise with counterparts in the APAC and US regions to ensure uniformity across the business.
  • Ensure the Infrastructure, end-user experience, and internal development meet the highest standards and implement a continuous improvement strategy.
  • Collaborate with the company executive team to drive change through technology.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, meeting financial and customer expectations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 10 years of management experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of delivering IT leadership in a fast-paced, high-transactional environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to and influence senior executives.
  • The ability to think strategically and outside the box to take a broader view of situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.

**Package:**

  • £125,000 - £150,000 basic salary
