Head of Infrastructure

A leading High Frequency Trading (HFT) firm is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to oversee and scale their global infrastructure. You'll drive performance, reliability, and scalability to support their cutting-edge trading systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage global operations, including low latency systems, colocation, and networks.
- Balance technical expertise with a deep understanding of the business, making key decisions on servers, networks, and resources.
- Lead a team, manage vendors, and ensure their infrastructure supports rapid growth in HFT.
- Proven experience managing global infrastructure in financial or HFT sectors.
- Strong technical skills in low-latency systems and network optimization.
- Proficiency in Python or C++.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Ability to scale infrastructure and lead international, remote teams.
