Your Key Responsibilities

As Head of Infrastructure, you will be responsible for managing global operations, including low latency systems, colocation, and networks. You will balance technical expertise with a deep understanding of the business, making informed decisions on servers, networks, and resources. You will lead a team of experts, manage vendors, and ensure the infrastructure supports rapid growth in HFT.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing global infrastructure in financial or HFT sectors.
  • Strong technical skills in low-latency systems and network optimisation.
  • Proficiency in Python or C++.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Ability to scale infrastructure and lead international, remote teams.
