About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist in a primary care setting.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive reception and administration services, including:
- Managing incoming calls and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Using SystmOne GP clinical system to generate prescriptions, manage medical records, and perform other administrative tasks
- Supporting the GP/Clinical team during surgery/clinic sessions, maintaining a tidy and organized environment
- Maintaining security and confidentiality of patient information and practice equipment
- Managing waiting patients/visitors and following health and safety working practices
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience working in a GP practice and knowledge of SystmOne. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and confidentiality.
