Principal EICA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal EICA Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment, with the option for hybrid working.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company, providing superior quality Engineering Design services to minimize risks and maximize profits on turnkey and engineering services contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Develop and implement cost-effective design strategies that meet specifications and can be constructed and commissioned effectively, considering all costs associated with the design and construction.
  • Standardization: Utilize standardized practices and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in design solutions.
  • Competitive Advantage: Maintain a competitive edge in design solutions to ensure MWH Treatment remains a leader in the industry.
  • Estimating and Feedback: Provide accurate estimates and feedback to the Business Development department to support growth and development.
  • Procedure Development: Collaborate with procedures and processes to ensure the continuing development of the department, including developing, monitoring, and reviewing procedures.
  • Design Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination of designs with all other disciplines internal and external to MWH Treatment to ensure successful contract delivery.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records throughout the duration of contracts.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture that prioritizes customer needs and recognizes the importance of customer satisfaction in achieving business objectives.
  • Personal Development: Maintain a personal development plan to ensure ongoing growth and development, aligned with MWH Treatment's goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in supervising and developing staff to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure designs take full regard of all health and safety requirements and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Environmental Considerations: Ensure designs take account of environmental issues and minimize waste from departmental activities.
