About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Liverpool area. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking and cleaning
  • Administer medication as required
  • Perform manual handling tasks
  • Provide personal care and support
  • Check in on individuals in our care
  • Complete administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Manage minor challenging behaviours
