Requirements
  • Experience in a support worker role or similar is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of the individual.
  • A commitment to promoting the individual's dignity, independence, and well-being.
  • A valid driver's license may be required depending on the individual's needs.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must be flexible on days/times available.
