- Lead on a departmental strategy for generating a pipeline of high-net-worth individuals and major gifts prospects.
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers to ensure they are engaged, delivering agreed strategies, and meeting agreed financial targets.
- Oversee all relevant fundraising activities, including research and analysis of current and potential prospects.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate records of relationships with major donors on our database.
- Educated to degree level.
- Significant experience of fundraising from generous individuals and trusts.
- Demonstrable experience in building effective long-term relationships and influencing with Major Donors.
- Significant management experience leading a successful team to meet agreed targets and working at a strategic level.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training skills.
- Salary: Specialist £53,500 per annum.
- Annual leave entitlement of 22 days per year and 8 paid public holidays per year.
- Pension Scheme: Non-contributory (10% of salary).
