About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team at Crone Corkill. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Desktop Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients with desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Help Desk: Respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain our IT systems, including user accounts, permissions, and backups.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • IT Inductions: Provide IT inductions and training to new clients and staff members.
  • AV and Conference Equipment: Set up and maintain audio-visual and conference equipment.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a small company or IT team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in IT or a related field.
