Job Opportunity

Thatcher Associates is seeking a skilled BMS Engineer to join their team in West Drayton. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and maintaining BMS systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify solutions to hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including controls setup and network configuration
  • Carry out BMS PPM tasks
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
  • Track control system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams as necessary
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal databases and external resources to provide accurate technical solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a BMS Engineer, Technician, Building Manager, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with BMS systems
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Tridium AX & N4 and Trend systems
  • System commissioning experience
