Job Description

**Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer - West Drayton**

Thatcher Associates is pleased to be working with an established and innovative construction company that has an opening for a BMS Engineer.

The hiring business predominantly constructs and maintains data centres. This role has become available due to considerable growth and our client can offer training and development to the successful applicant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitoring and maintaining the BMS system in a large data centre
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware problems, primarily with Trend and Tridium BMS Systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including controls setup and network configuration
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

**Shift Pattern:**

You will be expected to follow a rota, comprising 4 weeks on site (standard working day hours) followed by 2 weeks working from home, during which time you would be on call.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven work experience as a BMS Engineer, Technician, Building Manager, FM Manager or similar
  • System Commissioning
