About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at CONDUCTR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing our procurement strategies, driving cost savings, and ensuring a seamless flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks in the supply chain
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and anticipate their procurement needs
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service capabilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms and standards
  • Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks
  • Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly
  • Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery
  • Ensure the timely and accurate acquisition of goods and services, avoiding disruptions to operations
  • Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control
  • Monitor and manage the procurement budget, ensuring expenditures align with financial objectives
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels
  • Track and report on key procurement metrics, including cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement cycle times
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement activities, including supply chain disruptions and quality issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation
Requirements
  • Professional certification in supply chain management or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful procurement and supplier management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience working in themed entertainment industry
  • Experience working in an industry where annual cost-savings via supply chain engagement is the norm
