We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at CONDUCTR. As a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers, we are looking for a strategic thinker who can optimize our supply chains and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks in the supply chain.
    • Collaborate with other departments to understand and anticipate their procurement needs.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service capabilities.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms and standards.
    • Occasional international travel may be required to meet with suppliers and attend industry events.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management:
    • Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks.
    • Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
    • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Procurement Operations:
    • Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery.
    • Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement activities, including supply chain disruptions and quality issues.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful procurement and supplier management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience of working in an industry where annual cost-savings via supply chain engagement is the norm (such as Tier 1 automotive or aerospace suppliers)
