Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Loughborough Community Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a nurse-led environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on Charnwood Ward, which provides essential care to patients who are medically fit for discharge but require a package of care or discharge to assess bed or care placement. Our team is committed to maintaining the flow of patients within the healthcare system.

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will also participate in education, development, and supervision of other staff members and students.

Main Responsibilities
