Overview: Winsearch UK is collaborating with a prominent organization to recruit a Recruitment Support Specialist to assist the Internal Recruitment Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist General Managers, Recruitment Managers, and Internal Recruiters by delivering a high-quality administrative service.
- Manage job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure that appropriate approval workflows are followed for each vacancy, involving all relevant stakeholders such as Hiring Managers and HR Systems.
- Create high-quality and precise job advertisements that comply with both business and legal standards.
- Conduct thorough telephone interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for available roles, ensuring accurate documentation of all notes.
- Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by Recruitment Managers.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced administrative environment, preferably with knowledge of recruitment practices.
- Familiarity with Smart Recruiter or similar ATS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, a confident telephone demeanor, and the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.
- A professional and courteous attitude, with a commitment to going above and beyond to help achieve team objectives.
- Strong administrative skills, proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
