Deputy Manager Job Opportunity

Service Care Solutions - Social Work is currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of a 4 Bed EBD Children's home in Wellingborough.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in ensuring the residential home meets all relevant legislative and contractual requirements, including the health and educational needs of young people.
  • Liaise with other departments and external agencies to provide young people with appropriate plans, programmes, and support to aid their rehabilitation into the community.
  • Coach, support, and develop staff to maximise their performance and ensure high standards of care, values, ethical standards, equality, and diversity.
  • Assist in budget preparation and manage and control budgets to meet financial parameters.
Requirements
  • Managerial experience within a similar environment.
  • 2 years residential care experience.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Enhanced DBS.
