Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in managing the residential home, ensuring it meets all relevant legislative and contractual requirements.
  • Liaise with other departments and external agencies to ensure young people receive appropriate plans, programmes, and support.
  • Coach, support, and develop staff to maximise their performance and ensure high standards of care.
  • Assist in budget preparation and manage and control budgets to meet financial parameters.

Requirements:

  • Managerial experience within a similar environment.
  • 2 years residential care experience.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Enhanced DBS.
