Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer within our Vehicle Payments Division, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technology solutions and an outstanding customer experience. You'll collaborate with teams to build high-quality solutions in a complex, multi-product environment.

  • Develop brilliant software solutions that excite our customers and drive business growth.
  • Accelerate delivery and deploy cross-business solutions to enhance the quality of our systems.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and exploring innovative approaches.
  • Stay at the forefront of technological advancements by researching new tools, techniques, and best practices.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Technology Leadership: Own software engineering processes for your product domain, ensuring alignment with team and stakeholder goals. Drive best practices across all squads and team members. Guide the team through technical challenges and facilitate problem-solving.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis to inform development strategies and measure the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools (specific requirements will be outlined during the interview process).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
