About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Identify Solutions, a reputable Fintech company. This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth and take ownership of our performance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, working closely with sales to optimize and increase inbound leads.
  • Manage multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media, with autonomy to shape strategy and make budget decisions.
  • Oversee all aspects of PPC campaigns, enhance SEO efforts, drive organic traffic, and continuously monitor campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with an external Paid Media agency to review and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign performance monitoring and optimization.
