We're seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Night Porter at the Crown Inn. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met
- Cleaning and maintaining the property, including meeting and conference rooms
- Arranging newspapers and wake-up calls for guests
- Ensuring the building and guests are secure at all times
- Assisting with breakfast preparations and setting up the dining area
- Stocking bars and performing general cleaning duties
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a hard-working individual who is comfortable working independently and can stay calm under pressure. You will need excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and be confident in making decisions. Previous experience and basic computer skills are an advantage, but full training is provided.
