We're seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Night Porter at the Crown Inn. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the safety and security of our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming late arrivals and ensuring their needs are met
- Cleaning and maintaining the property, including setting up meeting and conference rooms
- Arranging newspapers and wake-up calls for our guests
- Ensuring the building and guests are secure at all times
- Preparing the dining area for breakfast and stocking the bars
- Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a hard-working individual who is comfortable working at night and can stay calm under pressure. You will need excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and make sound decisions. Previous experience and basic computer skills are an advantage, but full training is provided.
