Job Title: Night Porter

We're seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Night Porter at the Crown Inn. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the safety and security of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Checking in late arrivals and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests
  • Cleaning the property, setting up meeting and conference rooms, and arranging newspapers and wake-up calls
  • Ensuring the building and guests are secure, and responding to any issues that may arise
  • Assisting with the preparation of the dining area for breakfast and stocking the bars
  • Performing general cleaning duties and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property
Requirements:
  • A responsible and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
