About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Rang to join our award-winning Food and Beverage Team in the Road Hole Restaurant. As a Chef de Rang, you will assist the management team in ensuring that guests receive an efficient, courteous, and personalized service. You will be responsible for setting up event spaces, supporting management in training and coaching other team members, and maintaining the department's organizational structure and tidiness.
About You
You will be a sociable, friendly, and enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ideally, you will have recent working experience within a similar Food and Beverage role. As a team player, you will be committed to delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success of our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Food and Beverage Management Team in ensuring that all guests receive an efficient, courteous, and personalized service.
- Ensure the department is always ready for service.
- Be fully conversant with the menu available to guests.
- Set up event spaces prior to functions.
Salary and Benefits
This is a permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week over a flexible shift pattern, 5 days out of 7. A competitive salary of £25,000 is offered, along with a range of excellent employee benefits.
