Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting our client's diverse customer base with any front-line inquiries while also providing essential administrative support to the Customer Team Lead to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Our client is a prominent player in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join their team on a fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Engaging with a global clientele to address and resolve inquiries.
  • Maintaining the Customer Service reporting suite, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports across various markets.
  • Managing data by executing queries within our ERP system to assist customer service team members as needed.
  • Supporting the order-to-cash process by facilitating manual customer and business sample orders during peak periods, ensuring all orders are processed promptly.
  • Assisting the Customer Service Lead in preparing for customer meetings by creating presentations and gathering relevant data.

Candidate Profile:
To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Up to one year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • A well-organized mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A keen attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
