Job Title: Pharmacist - Hospital Pharmacy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. As a pharmacist in this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management and patient education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement local guidelines for medication use.
  • Assist in the financial reporting to the Care Group and drug budget management.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely supply of medication to patients in conjunction with dispensary staff.
Requirements:
  • MPharm degree
  • Registered pharmacist
  • Postgrad cert or equivalent experience
