Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Specialist Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing specialist clinical pharmacy services to patients within our Care Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, cost-effective, patient-focused pharmaceutical care to patients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote and develop clinical pharmacy services.
  • Provide specialized evidence-based clinical advice and information to nursing and medical staff on patient care and treatment.
  • Contribute to and participate in clinical/ward pharmacy services.
  • Practice as a prescriber in area of own expertise and provide direct high-quality care to patients.
  • Ensure timely supply of medication to patients in conjunction with dispensary staff.
Requirements:
  • MPharm degree
  • Registered pharmacist
  • Postgrad cert or equivalent experience
