Job Title: Pharmacist - Hospital Pharmacy

We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team, providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with nursing and medical staff to deliver evidence-based clinical advice and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized clinical pharmacy services to patients within the Care Group and more generally for all patients.
  • Contribute to and adhere to clinical pharmacy service standards.
  • Offer direct high-quality care to patients, where appropriate and necessary.
  • Ensure timely supply of medication to patients in conjunction with dispensary staff.
Requirements:
  • MPharm degree
  • Registered pharmacist
  • Postgrad cert or equivalent experience
