Wax is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to spearhead the transformation of our global supply chain strategy.

About the Role

As a key member of our Global Supply Chain Leadership team, you will shape the future of global supply chain strategy, driving initiatives that put people and performance at the heart of everything.

You will lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets to ensure product availability at the right time and place, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the transformation of digital supply chain solutions across the globe
  • Lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product launches
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory landscapes, including FDA and cGMP

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries
  • Deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools
