FM Workplace Services Director

We are seeking an experienced FM Workplace Services Director to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Client Senior Management Team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering strategies to advance the performance of our managed portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the FM team to ensure delivery of excellent customer-focused operational services
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery and value for money
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with site operations and risk management policies
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and customers, measured by feedback and performance metrics
- Leadership skills with experience in managing premium assets and teams
- Strong influencing, negotiating, and change management skills
- Ability to prepare and implement a team business plan
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
