Residential Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team at JS Legal Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Property Department, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and working closely with the Head of Department to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing cases from start to finish.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on residential property matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments to ensure the highest level of expertise.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property law.
- Strong supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
