IT Support Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team at QA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our members, resolving incidents and requests within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, and communicating with customers and internal staff through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to members on our bespoke software and hardware
- Create and update guides for our bespoke software
- Identify areas for improvement in member training on our bespoke software
- Resolve incidents and requests within agreed SLA targets
- Communicate with customers, members, and internal staff through various channels
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A willingness to embrace change and promote it to others
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows and Android
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- The ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- The confidence to propose new ideas and challenge the status quo
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
40 hours per week
