Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and work on tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all technical support is provided in accordance with our company's standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our technical support services.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a level two support role.
  • Proven experience of ticket elevation.
  • Experience using Active Directory.
  • Previously worked with a Microsoft stack (Windows 11 & 10).
  • Previously worked with an ITIL system.
  • Must have experience working with: Microsoft Windows Server, SharePoint, Office 365, VMWare and AutoCAD.
  • Hardware support (Dell servers and laptops, phones and tablets).
  • An understanding of networking tools, antivirus, and security applications.
