About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Manager to join our team at YOU Exclusive. As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of corporate events, from small meetings to large conferences and events, both in the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event logistics, including venue liaison, budgetary control, and on-site day delivery
  • Develop and implement event concepts from initial idea to post-event evaluation
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events are run smoothly and to the highest standards
  • Oversee event operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Collaborate with the Head of Events to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event management, with a focus on corporate events
  • Strong understanding of event production, including logistics, budgeting, and on-site delivery
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
