We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group workouts to our members, promoting a safe and supportive environment that encourages individuals to reach their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective group workouts to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of exercise techniques and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe facility
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
