Group Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Workout Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Group Workout Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe group exercise classes to our members, focusing on prenatal and postnatal fitness.
Our Mams on the Move program is designed to support new mothers and their babies in achieving a healthy and active lifestyle. You will lead specially curated ante and postnatal classes, including pilates, aquanatal, and baby classes, in a fun and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality group exercise classes to large and small groups, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all participants.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of prenatal and postnatal fitness, including the latest research and best practices.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to company procedures and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification, with a preference for CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a fast-paced environment.
