About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Workout Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Group Workout Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective group fitness classes to our members, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with members, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new fitness programs and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification, with a desire to progress to CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to ongoing professional development
