Overview

Since its inception, the foundation has developed a diverse array of leadership development initiatives, networks, research, conferences, and resources to empower school leaders at all levels. The foundation has gained recognition as a leading national provider of NPQ programmes, expanding its offerings to include specialized programmes for various leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

This position encompasses:

  • Assisting in the daily oversight of projects, with a proactive approach to monitoring key performance indicators and project milestones.
  • Generating internal reports through the provision of timely and precise data analysis.
  • Leading audits conducted by the Department for Education concerning NPQs.
