**About the Role**

As a Store Manager at Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our stores. We are seeking an experienced leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance store performance and profitability by challenging current ways of working and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and supportive leadership, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with our teams in Head Office to ensure we have the best availability on the high street, making Morrisons a one-stop shopping destination.
  • Build and manage relationships with the local community, promoting your store as a pillar in the community and driving foot traffic.

**Requirements**

  • Experience as a Store Manager in food retail, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

  • The ability to build trust between the store team and drive business results.
