Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a caseload of learners to achieve their qualifications and develop their skills
  • Deliver high-quality face-to-face and online coaching to learners
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions that meet the needs of our learners

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 in Hospitality (desirable)
  • Food and beverage, Front of House, and Back of House experience
  • Confidence and ability to motivate and develop others
  • Interest or experience in teaching and training
  • Car driver
