Our office is conveniently located with parking facilities available.

Salary
The compensation for this position is competitive and will be based on experience, with options for part-time work available.

Working Hours
The standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday until 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Performing telephone and general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitoring client communications and managing accounts for repeat clients.
  • Serving as the primary contact for inquiries from clients, lenders, and legal representatives.
  • Handling general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
  • Updating and maintaining records and systems.
  • Collaborating with advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar industry (preferred).
  • Proficient IT skills, including data entry and information organization.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical and written skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently within a busy team environment.
  • Confidence in interacting with third parties while maintaining discretion.
