Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

At Unicatcatalyst, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to electrical and mechanical breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Diagnose and recommend improvements to existing and future manufacturing equipment and site facilities
  • Perform regular and recorded equipment maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and reliable
  • Assist in training other Maintenance Engineers in areas where your expertise is greater
  • Collaborate with Production Operatives to identify potential machine failures and implement pre-breakdown response strategies
  • Communicate with Management regarding any occurrences or foreseeable occurrences that may impact process downtime
  • Ensure safe working practices at all times and maintain a high standard of housekeeping
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Qualification to HNC level
  • Strong mechanical or electrical bias
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
