About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Planner to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a Programme Planner, you will be responsible for the development and programme management of projects from initial concept through to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programmes within scope, cost, timing, and quality.
  • Plan and manage programme gateways, ensuring successful delivery and meeting financial targets.
  • Effectively manage risks, issues, and impediments, and report on programme health through metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Chair and manage meetings, producing clear minutes and actions, and maintain budget control.
  • Support the Programme with planning activities, such as chairing timing/planning attribute teams, leading planning workshops, and coordinating programme content.
  • Proactively monitor programme health and initiate corrective action where required.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of planning and project management, ideally with an accredited qualification.
  • Experience of risk management and planning.
  • Experience of stakeholder alignment.
