We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Mobile Cook Manager to join our team at Norse Catering. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, preparing, cooking, and serving meals for young people and school staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with our central team to manage food allergens and special diets.
