The Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our High Support Accommodation Service team. As a Support Worker, you will work in a psychologically and trauma-informed way, be values-led, and committed to growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver person-centered support to clients who are on a journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Casework: Hold a caseload of clients and meet with them at least weekly to discuss their progress, goals, and challenges.
  • Group Facilitation: Develop and facilitate groups and activities that promote social interaction, skill-building, and personal growth.
  • Support Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement support plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Case Notes: Maintain accurate and detailed case notes to track client progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Client Empowerment: Support clients in developing skills and strategies to achieve independent living and maximize their income.
