C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and lead teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve stock taking processes and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on stock taking performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a stock taking or inventory management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and travel to different client sites
  • Full driving license and ability to drive a company vehicle
