Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, interactive learning experiences that engage and educate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful content that drives behavior change and system transformation.
  • Manage external vendors and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement in learning and development practices to further our mission and organizational objectives.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and running learning programs, including online and in-person facilitation, instructional design, data/analytics, and learning needs analysis.
  • A data-driven mindset with tech savviness, bringing suggestions on AI integrations, LMS innovations, and world-class program design.
  • Ability to derive insights and propose creative solutions to problems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
