Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Administration Manager and other team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, utilizing Microsoft business suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Offer telephone support to our network of Decorating Centres, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing guidance on day-to-day activities and operating systems.
- Coordinate and manage marketing assets, including the issuance of giveaways for events, ensuring alignment with our brand and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Housebuilder, Contractor, and Customer partners, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Utilize the SAP ERP system to manage and analyze data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Trade & Retail Sales Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of commercial activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with the SAP ERP system.
- A pleasant and helpful telephone manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
