We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at KP Snacks' Leominster factory. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of factory skills safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to maintain production levels.
- Operate the line (packing or process) and complete daily routines, perform checks, and report defects.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable).
- Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided).
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy in English.
- The ability to take ownership and accountability, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team.

- A competitive salary of £26,341.88 per annum, rising to £27,132.14 after a successful 3-month probation period.
