**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Processing Agent to join our team at Focus Group. As a Contract Processing Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers are offboarded efficiently and that all early termination fees are calculated and presented to the customer in line with the offboarding process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Ensure Continual Observation of New Pending Cease Cases:** Verify customer instruction to depart from Focus Group and ensure that assets are protected and the customer is informed in the instance that customer instruction is not provided in writing.
- **Calculate Early Termination Fees:** Ensure that early termination fees are calculated correctly in line with ongoing contracts across all product areas.
- **Raise Cease Requests:** Ensure that all cease requests are raised with the required level of detail into the Operational and Finance teams.
- **Finalize Billing Items:** Ensure that all billing items are finalized and closed off.
- **Update Tracking Data:** Update daily, weekly, and monthly tracking data for analysis and continued monitoring.
- **Alert Management Lines:** Alert management lines to any common themes that are impacting customers offboarding or hold commercial impact to Focus Group.
**Requirements:**
- **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills:** Ability to relate effectively to users at all levels and careful attention to detail.
- **Multitasking and Time Management:** Ability to multitask and deal with tasks at various steps within a process.
- **Good Organizational Skills:** Proven track record of working independently and showing persistence, while fostering good working relationships across teams.
- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
- **Attention to Detail:** Excellent attention to detail.
- **Solution-Seeking Capabilities:** Proven capabilities of seeking out solutions.
