Salary: £26-28k basic salary (+£5-10k OTE)

Pareto is a leading provider of innovative solutions to the engineering, architecture, and manufacturing industries. We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our Sales team as an Internal Account Manager.

Internal Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their retention.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage and update customer data in our CRM system.
  • Proactively communicate with customers through various channels to nurture relationships.

Internal Account Manager Package:
