Internal Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their retention.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Manage and update customer data in our CRM system.
- Proactively communicate with customers through various channels to nurture relationships.
Internal Account Manager Package:
